These have been showing up in Santa Monica. First it was just a few signs here and there, now they’re everywhere.

Reminds me of a picture I took on the campus when I came across a similar sign a little over five years ago:

A consummation devoutly to be wish’d.
And a particularly nice melding of the sticker with the existing sign.
Well, that’s what impressed me the most. I doubt that a sticker will alter the course of world history, but just the fact that the stickerer bothered to get the font right is very cool indeed.
Unfortunately, in a world where someone is always going to be willing to shoot first, the only way to Stop All War is to be so strong that no enemy dare attack you.
Or have some clever stickers.
Works much better on the “ALL-WAY” stop signs than the “4-WAY” ones!

So I wonder if the Dumbo ride is like the one in Florida (circa mid 70s…) – does it have a bar that you can press up or down to make it do just that?
